High Pressure Die Casting

We are specialists in manufacturing of medium to high volume Aluminium and
Zinc pressure die cast components as well as low volume Gravity die cast
components.
We are majorly concentrating on two alloys LM 24 (46200) and ADC 12 for
producing High pressure die cast components. Whereas for Gravity die cast
components we have the capability to produce castings using any castable
aluminium alloy.
We have a Toyo make, 180 Tonne locking force, Cold chamber High Pressure die
casting machine equipped with state-of-the-art machine control panel.
We can produce High pressure die cast components weighing from few grams up
to 1KG.
